The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout, it is based on the weight of your order. The amount will be shown before you commit to payment.

Delivery is normally to your door by a tracked courier, so if you have any concerns about your delivery we can identify where it is and when it will be delivered.

Our delivery costs are as follow:

Lightweight Parcel - Up to 5kg

Septic tank delivery:

All septic tanks will be delivered on pallets to the contact address provided. Offloading and positioning is not included (unless specified) and arrangement will need to be made by you. When ordering the tank we do require full postal address and site contact name and number so that we can pass this information onto the haulier.

Standard delivery for parcels up to 20kg is ‘next day delivery’, however please note the cut off time is 2pm and we do not deliver over the weekend.

Yes, you can use for both septic tanks and wastewater treatment plants.

Risers for the P6 SLP septic tank are available via our website. Risers from 250 to 750mm are available for treatment plants and can also be obtained by calling +44 (0) 1934 422 311.

We sell air blowers/compressors for the purpose of using them in a wastewater treatment tank but they could aerate ponds/fish tanks, etc. The output of the pump would dictate the size required.

For air blowers/compressors with a diaphragm, you can remove & replace the diaphragm and filters.

For air blowers such as the Medo range which doesn't use a diaphragm, the air filter is the only part to change.

If your air blower/compressor is not functioning correctly, the quicker it is replaced the better. Indeed, the air blower/compressor helps the bacteria in the tank without bacteria the tank is not as effective.

Yes, the diaphragms and filters are sold separately. The diaphragms are sold in a set of 2, the filter sponges are sold separately.

All of our air blowers/compressors do come with a plug.

Some are 2 pin (European/World) others are 3 pin (UK).

• Our Medo air blowers/compressors come with a 3 pin plug suitable for UK/Ireland.
• Our Charles Austen air blowers/compressors come with a 3 pin plug suitable for UK/Ireland.
• Our Secoh air blowers/compressors come with a 2 pin plug (Euro/world). We advise you to replace with a three pin plug or use an adaptor, (neither of them are supply with the air blower).
• Our Resun air blowers/compressors come with a 2 pin plug (Euro/world). We advise you to replace with a three pin plug or use an adaptor, (neither of them are supply with the air blower).

If you are looking for a replacement air blower/compressor for your sewage treatment plant, you should check the air flow from your current air blower and find a replacement air blower/compressor with matching litres per minute output.

Normally, the air blowers/compressors have the details of their input on them. You will then find this information in all our air blowers/compressors under "Air flow", the air flow is between 60l/min and 200l/min.

If you do not have this information on hand, you would need to know the size of the sewage treatment plant you will be using the air blower/compressor with. We would normally advice of the following:

Tank size of 6 = requirement of 60l/min = Medo LP60

Tank size of 8 = requirement of 80l/min = Medo LA80

Tank size of 10 = requirement of 80l/min = Medo LA80

Tank size of 12 = requirement of 100l/min = Medo LA100

Tank size of 18 = requirement of 200l/min = Medo LA200

Tank size of 24 = requirement of 200l/min = Medo LA200

Tank size of 30 = requirement of 200l/min = Medo LA200 + Medo LA80

Tank size of 36 = requirement of 280l/min = Medo LA200 + Medo LA80

Tank size of 42 = 2x Medo LA200

Tank size of 50 = 2x Medo LA200
